Please check with your insurance provider concerning your benefits because there are limitations and restrictions depending on the service and diagnosis. Most insurance companies have medical, physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture benefits available depending on your policy and we are providers for most insurance companies. We file your insurance company for you so you can focus on getting well. Mr. Ueno provides complementary health care on a self-pay basis and we provide patients with the insurance forms for submission.
